Pipeline Project Supervisor - TV / Radio (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Pipeline Project Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience to oversee and manage various technical projects within our TV and Radio broadcasting operations. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc. degree and a strong understanding of project management methodologies in a media environment. You will be responsible for the successful execution of pipeline projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of pipeline projects related to broadcast technology, content delivery systems, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, content production, and operations, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
- Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Support the technical evaluation and implementation of new broadcasting technologies and solutions.
