Placement / Alumni Officer - 0-1 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and organized Placement / Alumni Officer with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. This role is crucial for fostering strong relationships with our alumni network and facilitating placement opportunities for our students. The ideal candidate will be a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of alumni, tracking their career progression and contact information.

Organize and coordinate alumni events, networking sessions, and workshops.

Liaise with industry partners and potential employers to identify and create internship and placement opportunities for current students.

Assist students with career counseling, resume building, and interview preparation.

Manage communication channels with alumni, including newsletters, social media, and email campaigns.

Track and report on placement statistics and alumni engagement metrics.

Support the development and implementation of alumni relations strategies.
