Placement / Alumni Officer - Hotels & Restaurants (0-2 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Placement / Alumni Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our organization and educational institutions, as well as fostering strong relationships with our alumni network. The ideal candidate will be a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, eager to learn and contribute to our talent acquisition and alumni engagement efforts within the vibrant Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with technical and management institutes for campus recruitment drives and internship opportunities.

Assist in organizing and coordinating placement activities, including job fairs and recruitment events.

Maintain and update the alumni database, ensuring accuracy of contact information.

Develop and implement strategies for alumni engagement, including newsletters, events, and networking opportunities.

Support the HR department in talent acquisition by screening resumes and coordinating interviews for entry-level positions.

Assist in organizing alumni meet-ups and industry interaction sessions.

Prepare reports on placement statistics and alumni engagement metrics.
