We are seeking a motivated and organized Placement / Alumni Officer with 1-3 years of experience, holding a B.Sc degree, to join our team in Thane. This role is crucial for fostering strong relationships with our alumni network and facilitating placement opportunities for students and graduates, particularly those with a background relevant to the Hardware & Networking industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of alumni contact information and professional profiles.
- Organize and coordinate alumni events, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Liaise with educational institutions and industry partners to identify and secure internship and placement opportunities.
- Assist students and alumni in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
- Track placement statistics and provide regular reports to management.
- Manage communication channels for alumni engagement, including newsletters and social media.
- Support the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives related to education and skill development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in the Hardware & Networking sector to better guide candidates.
