Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Planning Engineer to join our strategic planning division. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure the efficient execution of security infrastructure projects and operational deployments. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of project management principles, and the ability to work effectively within a large, complex organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.

About CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force)

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is the primary central police force of the Union of India for the maintenance of law and order and for counter-insurgency operations. It is one of the largest paramilitary forces in the world, with a strength of over 300,000 personnel. Established in 1939 as the Crown Representative's Police, it was renamed the CRPF in 1949. The force plays a crucial role in internal security management, disaster response, and providing security to VIPs and vital installations across India.
