Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects, and optimizing resource allocation for various infrastructure and real estate development projects across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather progress updates and ensure alignment.
- Prepare regular progress reports, including critical path analysis, earned value management, and look-ahead schedules.
- Perform resource leveling and optimization to ensure efficient utilization of labor, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies for schedule-related risks.
- Ensure compliance with project objectives, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence.
- Support the project management team in decision-making by providing accurate and timely planning data.
