Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Planning Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting our investment decision-making process by conducting in-depth financial modeling, market research, and due diligence for potential investment opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, business strategy, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections for target companies.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to assess market size, growth potential, and competitive landscape.
Perform financial due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, cap tables, and operational data.
Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.
Monitor portfolio companies' performance and provide analytical support for strategic decision-making.
Identify key risks and opportunities associated with potential investments.
Collaborate with deal teams to structure investment terms and support negotiations.
