Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our growing team. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules and resource allocation for our building material manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for new product launches and infrastructure projects.
Monitor project progress against the plan, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, R&D) to gather input and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Utilize project management software and tools for planning and tracking.
