Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant / Factory Head to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production, driving continuous improvement, and managing a large team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a proven ability to lead and motivate personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to meet production targets and business objectives.
- Oversee all day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Manage and develop the plant workforce, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and safety.
- Develop and manage the plant's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, R&D, sales) to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and maintain robust quality management systems.
