Plant / Factory Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant / Factory Head to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production output, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes within the advertising and marketing collateral production context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal resource utilization.
- Manage and mentor the plant workforce, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and teamwork.
- Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage plant budget, including cost control and P&L responsibility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, sales, R&D) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on plant performance to senior management.
