Plant / Factory Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant / Factory Head to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly within the context of producing components or finished goods for the architecture and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve plant production goals and operational excellence.
- Manage and lead the entire plant workforce, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize resource allocation, including raw materials, machinery, and labor, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for plant operations.
- Drive initiatives for process improvement, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage the plant budget and financial performance.
- Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
