Plant / Factory Head - Animation & VFX (Kolkata)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Plant / Factory Head with 2-3 years of experience to oversee daily operations at our Kolkata animation and VFX facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the animation industry and possess strong organizational and leadership skills, without requiring a formal graduation degree. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth production workflows, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities within the animation and VFX plant.
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production schedules.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, proposing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g., production, technical, HR) to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, and manage procurement processes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the plant staff.
- Assist in training and development programs for operational staff.
- Report on operational performance to senior management.
