Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an LLB degree to join our team as a Plant / Factory Head. This entry-level position is designed for recent law graduates looking to gain foundational experience in plant operations and management within the railway manufacturing industry. The role will involve supporting senior management in overseeing daily plant activities, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, and contributing to operational efficiency. The candidate will receive comprehensive training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring smooth functioning of production processes.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks.
- Review and maintain legal documentation related to plant operations, contracts, and employee relations.
- Assist in dispute resolution and grievance handling processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Learn and contribute to production planning and scheduling.
- Support management in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
