The role will involve supporting senior management in overseeing daily plant activities, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, and contributing to operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring smooth functioning of production processes.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks.
- Review and maintain legal documentation related to plant operations, contracts, and employee relations.
- Assist in dispute resolution and grievance handling processes.

- Learn and contribute to production planning and scheduling.
