Job Description
As a Plant/Factory Manager for our growing import/export startup, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing and operational facilities. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery of goods within our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage day-to-day factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions to maintain product integrity.
- Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain coordination for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Lead and mentor a team of factory staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
