Plant / Factory Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Plant / Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing and operational facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant production processes, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet our strategic objectives in the clinical research sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GLP, GCP) and internal quality policies.

Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and procurement processes.

Lead and mentor the plant operations team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance.

Implement and maintain robust safety protocols and environmental standards within the facility.

Manage the plant budget, including capital expenditures and operational expenses.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing.
