Plant / Factory Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant/Factory Manager to oversee our jewellery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing all aspects of plant operations to meet production targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery manufacturing plant, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement best practices in manufacturing processes.

Oversee a team of production staff, supervisors, and technicians, providing leadership and fostering a productive work environment.

Implement and monitor safety protocols and environmental regulations within the plant.

Manage inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Collaborate with design, sales, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Develop and manage the plant's budget, controlling costs and optimizing operational efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
