Role Summary: The Plant / Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing and operational processes within our Indian facilities. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong understanding of production, quality control, supply chain management, and team leadership to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal resource utilization.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team.
• Manage the plant budget, controlling costs and identifying areas for operational efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments, including R&D, sales, and finance, to align production with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.
