Plant / Factory Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant / Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and team leadership, suitable for an individual with a postgraduate degree and 5-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet demand and quality targets.

Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.

Oversee inventory management, raw material procurement, and finished goods dispatch.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain, to support new product introductions and business objectives.

Manage the plant budget and capital expenditure plans.
