Plant / Factory Manager for BCA Graduates (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant / Factory Manager with 1-2 years of experience, preferably with a BCA background, to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role involves overseeing daily operations within our manufacturing or power plant facilities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. You will work closely with production teams and management to optimize processes and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring smooth production flow.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Oversee inventory management, raw material procurement, and supply chain logistics.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place and maintained throughout the production process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance activities.
- Support the Plant Manager in achieving production targets and operational excellence.
