Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or potential issues to the maintenance team.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the factory floor.
- Support inventory management and material handling processes.
- Participate in quality control checks and assist in implementing improvement measures.
- Maintain operational logs and records accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and operational goals.
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various plant activities.
- Assist in coordinating work schedules and task assignments for operational staff.
