Plant Maintenance Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all plant machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime, and managing the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
• Manage and supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards in maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure availability of critical components.
• Develop and manage the plant maintenance budget.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and costs.
