Plant Maintenance Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of plant maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and longevity of all machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime, and implementing robust preventive maintenance programs. This role is crucial for maintaining production efficiency, safety standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for all plant machinery and equipment.
• Manage and lead the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.
• Oversee the planning and execution of scheduled maintenance, repairs, and overhauls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components and optimizing stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company standards.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics.
