Plant Maintenance Manager

Role Summary: The Plant Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance operations, ensuring the optimal functioning and longevity of all manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to preventive and corrective maintenance, driving efficiency, and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced packaging manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment.
• Manage and execute corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Oversee a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability for critical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards in maintenance activities.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and areas for improvement.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
