Plant Maintenance Manager - Chemicals Sector (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Maintenance Manager to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in plant maintenance within the chemical industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of all plant machinery and equipment, contributing to efficient and safe production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee routine preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including parts inventory and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards in maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and manage vendor relationships.
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
