You will be instrumental in optimizing plant operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing and construction equipment, and driving innovation in maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced predictive and preventive maintenance strategies leveraging data analytics and statistical modeling.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures, utilizing advanced scientific methodologies and research findings.
- Research and propose innovative solutions for improving equipment longevity, energy efficiency, and operational safety.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into maintenance practices.
- Manage maintenance budgets, optimize spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior maintenance engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
