Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and tech-savvy Plant Maintenance Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our learning content production facility in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all technical infrastructure and equipment are in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime, and supporting the smooth execution of our content creation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plant machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure within the production plant.
Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring timely procurement to avoid operational disruptions.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards within the plant.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair logs.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and technological systems.
Troubleshoot IT-related issues impacting production workflows.
