Plant Mechanical Engineer - 1-3 Yrs Experience

We are seeking a motivated Plant Mechanical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plant machinery. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of plant mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic assessments to identify potential mechanical failures and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Analyze equipment performance data, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment availability.
- Participate in the planning and execution of plant upgrades and modifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies in all mechanical operations.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives through efficient maintenance practices and resource management.
- Support in budgeting for spare parts and maintenance activities.
