Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and optimization of mechanical systems within our plant facilities, ensuring efficient and safe plant operations. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and hands-on experience in a plant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Conduct performance analysis of mechanical systems and recommend improvements.
- Supervise and train junior mechanical staff.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
