Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Mechanical Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of mechanical systems within our corporate facilities. The role involves ensuring the optimal functioning of all plant machinery and equipment, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plant mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, performing timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant machinery and infrastructure.
- Prepare technical reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
