Plant Performance Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plant Performance Engineer to join our analytics division. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing plant operations data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial processes, data analysis techniques, and performance monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze real-time plant performance data from various sources (SCADA, DCS, historians, etc.).
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify root causes of performance deviations, inefficiencies, and equipment failures.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Conduct performance testing and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to predict equipment failures and optimize operational parameters.
- Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency and waste reduction.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in plant performance management.
