Plant Performance Engineer

Role Summary:
As a Plant Performance Engineer at Decathlon India, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance and efficiency of our manufacturing and distribution plants. You will analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality output. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial processes, data analysis, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze plant operational data (e.g., production output, energy consumption, waste generation, equipment uptime) to identify trends and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, reduce operational costs, and minimize environmental impact.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations and equipment failures, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for management.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in plant performance optimization and energy management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
