Plant Performance Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Plant Performance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of industrial plants to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves working closely with plant operations and maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor plant operational data (e.g., production output, energy consumption, equipment status) using SCADA, DCS, and other monitoring systems.
- Analyze performance trends, identify deviations from expected performance, and diagnose root causes of inefficiencies or failures.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, reduce energy consumption, and minimize operational costs.
- Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting for various plant equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on plant performance, including findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Utilize simulation and modeling tools to predict performance and evaluate the impact of proposed changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in plant performance engineering.
