Plant Performance Engineer (3-5 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Performance Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Des background to analyze, optimize, and improve the overall performance of our manufacturing plant operations. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes within the auto components industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize machine utilization, energy consumption, and material flow.

Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to diagnose performance issues and propose data-driven solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies to evaluate the impact of proposed changes.

Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to management.

Contribute to the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies, ensuring optimal performance from inception.
