Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Performance Engineer with a B.Des degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing plant operations within the metals and mining sector to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. You will work closely with experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze plant operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
Utilize design thinking principles and user-centered approaches to visualize and communicate complex performance data.
Prepare reports and presentations on plant performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to achieve performance goals.
Support the troubleshooting of operational issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
Learn and apply various data analysis tools and techniques.
