Plant Project Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of capital projects within our manufacturing facilities in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.

Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.

Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and implement mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and operations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring performance and contract compliance.

Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
