Plant Project Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plant Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of capital projects within our petrochemical manufacturing facilities in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, and a deep understanding of the petrochemical industry. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of plant construction and expansion projects, from conception to commissioning.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risk assessment.

Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, procurement, and safety teams, as well as external contractors and vendors.

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.

Manage project budgets and control project costs to ensure financial objectives are met.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Oversee the commissioning and handover of new plant facilities.
