Plant Project Manager (MBA/PGDM Required) - Thane (2-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Thane. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the planning, execution, and closing of plant-related projects, from initiation to final handover.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, procurement, and quality control, to ensure project objectives are met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure all projects comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the plant operations.
