Plant Project Manager - Printing & Publishing (1-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Project Manager to join our growing team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for an M.Pharma graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the operational excellence of our printing and publishing plant. You will be instrumental in managing and executing various plant-level projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Your M.Pharma background will be valuable in understanding process efficiency and quality control within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of plant-based projects, from initiation to closure.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure project objectives are met.

Track project timelines, resources, and expenditures to identify potential risks and deviations.

Support in developing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the plant, leveraging your understanding of operational workflows.

Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Communicate project progress and challenges effectively to project stakeholders and management.
