Plant Project Manager role in Textile & Apparel (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Project Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong practical understanding of plant operations and project execution, where formal graduation is not a prerequisite. You will be instrumental in overseeing and managing various plant-level projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of plant expansion, modification, and maintenance projects.

Coordinate with internal departments (production, maintenance, engineering) and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Prepare project reports, including status updates, budget tracking, and post-project reviews.

Support in the procurement of materials and equipment for plant projects.

Liaise with site teams to resolve operational issues during project implementation.
