Plastic / Reconstructive Surgeon

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic / Reconstructive Surgeon to join our team. The surgeon will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients requiring reconstructive surgery, focusing on restoring function and appearance. This role involves working with individuals who may have sustained injuries or have congenital conditions, requiring specialized surgical interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advanced surgical techniques and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring reconstructive surgery.
• Perform a wide range of reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to skin grafts, flap surgeries, and tissue reconstruction.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals, including dermatologists, oncologists, and physiotherapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, risks, and recovery processes.
