Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plastic / Reconstructive Surgeon with 1-2 years of experience to join our esteemed medical team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery procedures, with a commitment to providing excellent patient care and contributing to the overall success of our surgical department. This role is suitable for individuals with Any Postgraduate degree in the relevant specialization.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to, post-traumatic reconstruction, congenital defect correction, burn scar management, and cosmetic surgeries.
Assess patients' medical history, perform physical examinations, and determine appropriate surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.
Collaborate effectively with other medical professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and other surgical specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in plastic and reconstructive surgery through continuous medical education and professional development.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including pre-operative assessments, operative notes, and post-operative care plans.
Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families, ensuring clear communication regarding procedures, risks, and recovery.
