Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plastic / Reconstructive Surgeon with a strong business acumen, ideally holding an MBA/PGDM, to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and possess a unique blend of surgical proficiency and management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and operational efficiency of the plastic surgery department, leveraging MBA/PGDM insights.
• Manage patient care pathways, ensuring high standards of service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to identify new business opportunities and service enhancements.
• Oversee financial performance of the department, including budgeting, cost management, and revenue generation strategies.
