Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Plastic / Reconstructive Surgeon with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This unique role within the Packaging & Containers industry requires a candidate with a strong foundation in analytical thinking and data management, typically gained through a BCA degree, to contribute to innovative product development and quality assurance processes. You will be instrumental in applying principles of material science and biomechanics to enhance the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and test new plastic materials and packaging designs, focusing on biocompatibility and user safety.
Analyze material properties and performance data to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Apply principles of reconstructive surgery to design and optimize packaging structures for ergonomic handling and product protection.
Utilize data analytics and statistical software to interpret experimental results and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to quality control initiatives by developing testing protocols and evaluating product integrity.
Stay abreast of advancements in plastic technology, regenerative medicine, and their potential applications in packaging.
