Plumber | 1-3 Yrs Experience

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plumbing systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree, bringing a unique perspective on spatial design and functionality to our plumbing infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems in accordance with design specifications and building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, identifying faults and proposing effective solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing fixtures, pipes, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to implement new plumbing layouts and modifications, ensuring aesthetic coherence and functional efficiency.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and perform necessary repairs promptly.
