Plumber

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our facilities management team. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in our corporate offices and associated facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair water and drainage systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, blockages, and low water pressure.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to understand plumbing layouts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all plumbing work performed.
• Respond to emergency plumbing situations promptly and effectively.
