Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plumber to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in plumbing, seeking to contribute to the operational excellence of a leading global logistics company within the Ports & Shipping industry. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of water and drainage systems across our facilities, ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant standards. This is a hands-on role requiring practical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and other plumbing infrastructure.
Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, performing necessary repairs promptly.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand plumbing layouts.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
Perform regular inspections of plumbing systems to prevent potential problems.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
Respond to emergency plumbing requests and resolve issues efficiently.
