We are seeking a skilled Plumber with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial for maintaining our facilities and ensuring a safe and functional working environment. While the primary focus will be on plumbing tasks, a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree is a prerequisite, indicating a need for analytical thinking and a foundational understanding of IT systems that might interface with facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.

Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues.

Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.

Utilize basic IT skills for reporting and communication as per BCA training.
