Job Description
Role Summary:
As a PMO Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by ensuring the smooth execution of projects within the insurance sector. You will assist in project planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the PMO in establishing and maintaining project management standards and processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
- Track project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying and escalating any deviations.
- Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support the collection and consolidation of project data for reporting purposes.
- Assist in the management of project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
- Liaise with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
