PMO Executive

Role Summary: The PMO Executive will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Office in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects within the gaming and sports media domain. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate them to the project manager.

Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to PMO standards.

Support in resource allocation and management for project teams.

Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
