PMO Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized PMO Executive to support our Project Management Office within the Furniture & Furnishing division. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role is crucial for maintaining project efficiency and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues, escalating them as needed.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate project meetings and facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support the PMO Manager in resource allocation and management.
- Assist in the onboarding of new project team members.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Support in the procurement and vendor management processes for project-related activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
